4/26/99 Chernoybl Virus -
         Symptoms:
                1. Computer can not find the boot sector
                2. Computer will not turn on

        Fix: 
                1. The C:\ Drive on your computer has been erased. All of the .EXE files
                        are also infected on any drive.  If you run one of the infected .EXE files
                        your C:\ Drive will be erased again.  You need to run FIXCIH.EXE on each
                        of the drives on your computer. This will find and cure the Chernoybl Virus.

                 2. Your BIOS Chips need to be replaced.  Best way of doing this is get a new
                        motherboard.    The Virus tried to rewrite the flash bios inside of your computer,
                        making the BIOS chips fail.  If you have a recent computer, you may be able to find
                        replacement chips, if not, you need a new motherboard.
